Return and Exchange Terms

MAHUD we attach special importance to ensuring that each product we offer fully meets the expectations of our customers. If the product you received does not suit you due to size, model or other reasons, we provide exchange and refund service within the specified conditions and within the framework of the law.

Return and exchange conditions

• The product can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase;
• The product must be presented unused, with its original appearance and labels intact;
• The labels on the product and, if available, the original packaging must be preserved;
• A document confirming the purchase is required to be presented during the return and exchange;
• If a manufacturing defect is detected in the product, the issue is investigated by us and an appropriate solution is provided;

In accordance with the current regulations, some product categories do not have a return or exchange service.

Return process

• Submit your request for return or exchange to our customer service team;
• After the product is checked by us (the fact of wearing, stains or odor are checked), a decision is made according to the application;
